How to make a book

Hello!
Today I'm gonna show you... How to make a Book with recycled tea box and paper.
I have many scraps from other crafts that I didn't want to throw, so I used it for this project.

Materials:
- Box
- Paper
- Sealer
- Thread
- Needle

Steps:

1. Flatten the box and cut out the flaps.

2. Cut the papers (same size as the cover) , fold in half and divide in groups.

3. Take a paper (same size as the middle part of the cover) , draw some guide lines to place the papers and the holes for binding.

4. Put the guide over the cover and make some holes.

5. And do the same with the papers.

6. Binding.

7. Decorate the cover. I used a paper bag , black paper, sealer and ribbon.

This project is perfect for birthday presents, christmas... I like it a lot because you can do it in different designs or sizes for any occasion, and always recycle!

I hope you like it and if you have any doubt leave a comment below, and of couse share your own version!

How to cut up a T shirt

Hello! Today I'm gonna share with you ... How to cut up a T-shirt! About 5 minutes is what it takes to do this so it's a very simple project, and you don't have to spend a penny ;)

You will need:
- An old T-shirt (for better result use a t-shirt of your actual size)
- Fabric Scissors

Let's begin!

1. Get an old t shirt and lay it out on a flat surface. I choosed to do it on the back.

2. Fold the back of the t shirt in half and cut straight lines.

3. Stretch the strips by pulling them to the sides.

4. The trick!

  •   Hold the first strip

  • Take the second strip and pull it up from behind and down in the front

  • Now take the third and do the same, pull it up from behind of the second strip and down in the front. Continue this step until you reach the very last strip.

  •  Hold the last strip and cut it in half and tie it on to the sides and in the middle.

And Done!

This picture is to show you what happen if you use an oversize t-shirt  ;)
